Wiring requirements for fryers

The fryer is a common equipment for cooking fried food. It is powered by electricity. To cook food, you need to connect the power supply. Therefore, there are a lot of lines in the equipment to ensure its normal operation. When installing and wiring the lines, we should follow the following requirements.
1. The wiring groove of the fryer should be smooth and free of sharp edges and corners, otherwise it needs to be protected by a protective wire sleeve.
2. The insulation of internal wiring shall be able to withstand the electrical stress that may occur in normal use.
3. When the bushing is used as additional insulation for internal wiring, it shall be fixed in a reliable way.
4. The yellow-green two-color wire can only be used for grounding wire.
5. The aluminum wire in the fryer shall not be used for internal wiring.
6. The multi-stranded strand shall not be welded at the place where it bears the contact pressure, unless there is a risk that the clamping device will not produce annual bad contact.
Reasonable wiring is the premise for safe use of fryers, because the damage of the circuit is easy to cause leakage, and the current passing through the metal equipment shell as a conductor will cause damage to the operator. Before wiring, we should be familiar with the location of each color line.
