The working principle of anti-corrosion thermocouples is the same as that of all thermocouples and thermal resistances. Apart from having the characteristic of being more durable than ordinary thermocouple protection tubes, their basic structure is roughly the same as that of ordinary thermocouples and thermal resistances. Corrosion resistant thermistors and thermocouples are specially manufactured for temperature measurement of various corrosive media. According to the corrosion characteristics of the medium, different corrosion-resistant materials can be selected. Some are special anti-corrosion products specially developed for the special physical and chemical properties of a certain medium, and according to user needs, fixed installation devices and junction boxes can also have anti-corrosion performance, thus achieving full anti-corrosion performance requirements.
There are currently two types of wear-resistant coatings. One material has a hardness of HRC58-62 and a temperature range of 0-600 ℃; The corrosion-resistant coating has good anti-corrosion performance. Apart from molten metal lithium, potassium, sodium, hydrofluoric acid, and high flow rate liquid nitrogen, it can resist almost all other chemical media and be used for a long time in the range of 0-250 ℃. If the fixed thread needs to be made into a corrosion-resistant structure, the thread cannot work in a pressure environment.
Anti corrosion thermocouples are suitable for situations where the material of the general thermocouple protection tube cannot meet the requirements, such as various concentrations and temperatures of nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, sodium hydroxide, etc. Therefore, they can be widely used in industrial fields such as petrochemicals and pharmaceuticals. Anti corrosion thermocouples are suitable for measuring the temperature of coal mill powder in power plants, and in situations where pipe wear is relatively severe in the construction industry. Their common feature is that they can extend the service life of thermocouples and thermal resistors. Adopting a new type of anti-corrosion material, wrapped with polytetrafluoroethylene F46, suitable for temperature measurement in various corrosive media in petrochemical industry.
