France International Rail Transit Technology Exhibition is a highly renowned professional exhibition in the global rail transit industry, and a good platform for the display of railway products and technologies in Western Europe. France has the second largest railway network in Europe, with a total length of 29000 kilometers, and is still expanding. At present, 6 cities in France have subways and light rail, and 26 cities are under planning and construction.
The ninth exhibition held in 2015 has made significant progress compared with the previous one, attracting 430 exhibitors from 47 countries to participate, with an exhibition area of 18000 square meters. 25% of the exhibitors come from countries other than France. More than 4900 professional visitors came from 38 countries and regions, including 15% from countries outside France. Within three days of the exhibition, the organizing committee held forums and conference activities related to railway, including the first conference of the French Railway Industry Association, the French Vehicle Supply Conference and the regional award ceremony.
