PTFE HEATERS Features

1, High-quality stainless steel (SUS316 or SUS304) heating elements inside, 

Heavy wall PTFE covered stainless steel heating elements, strong corrosion 

resistance and applicable to all types of corrosive fluid heating.

2, Low wattage density design (10 watts/square inch, 1.5w/cm2) for longer service life.

3, Pay attention to prevent deposition from the surface of PTFE heater. 

Too thick liquid or too low liquid level will cause the breakdown of 

PTFE heater because of surface heating nonuniform.

4, Do not change the dimensions of PTFE heater smaller at random, or else

 it will make the wattage density bigger and shorten the service life. 

5,All teflon heaters can be built with overheat protection or PT100 temperature 

probe to ensure the service life and safety.

6, PTFE heater, strong corrosion-resistant, are widely used in oxidation of three polishing, chemical gold plating 

Chemical silver plating, electroless nickel plating and varieties of high demand liquid heating.
