Precautions for the use of Pencil heater element:

1. During the use of high-watt density pencil heater element, due to its rapid heating and poor heat dissipation conditions, the external stainless steel tube body of the electric heating is often burnt, oxidized, and deformed, which causes the internal heater-the electric heating  alloy wire to melt due to high temperature air burning. As a result, the life of it itself is shortened. Outside the tube, it also facilitates the heat transfer between the two, thus prolonging the service life of the tubular heater itself.

2. Pay attention to the precision of the deep hole processing of the mold, and do not drill at both ends, because the junction cannot be tightly closed and there are large pores, which makes it poorly radiate and the temperature of the heated body is uneven.

3. It should be noted that the magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end of the electric heating tube should not be infiltrated by pollutants and moisture in the place of use to prevent leakage. 5mm is reserved outside the mold.

4. Pencil heater element is used for starting up, and it can be preheated for 5 minutes to avoid the risk of electric leakage due to humid air or water seeping into the tube. It must be equipped with a grounding wire.
