Application fields of wear-resistant thermocouples

Wear resistant thermocouples are the most ideal temperature sensors for measuring low temperatures and wear resistance in industries such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, cement plants, power plants, and fluidized bed boilers.

1. Wear resistant thermocouple, low-temperature alloy, wear-resistant

Adopting special heat-resistant and wear-resistant alloy materials as temperature measurement external maintenance tubes and wear-resistant heads, with armored cores inside, it can have high corrosion resistance to washing fly ash particles and temporarily stop temperature measurement between 0~1200 ℃. It is a very ideal temperature sensor for low-temperature and wear-resistant situations in the metallurgical industry.

Material: K1320 heat-resistant and wear-resistant alloy Temperature: 0-1200 ℃

2. Low temperature alloy wear-resistant

Being able to temporarily stop temperature measurement between 0~1200 ℃ is a highly desirable temperature sensor used in the metallurgical industry for low-temperature and wear-resistant situations

Material: 3YC52 or GH3030 heat-resistant and wear-resistant alloy Temperature: 0-1200 ℃

3. Metal ceramic wear-resistant:

Material identity: Sic Application temperature: 0-1600 ℃

4. Common wear-resistant hot blast stove:

Specially designed for temperature measurement in hot air stove locations

Material identity: SiC Application temperature: 0-1600 ℃

5. Wear resistant thermocouple iron aluminum ceramic maintenance tube

Iron based materials containing aluminum and ingeniously incorporating A12O3 powder are used to produce iron aluminum porcelain (TLC) with special gold content. The iron aluminum porcelain alloy is used to make thermocouple (resistor) maintenance tubes, which become the most critical component of the iron aluminum porcelain thermocouple (resistor) - the iron aluminum porcelain maintenance tube.01
