Classification of operating temperature of electric heating alloys

The highest use temperature of the electric heating alloy refers to the highest temperature allowed to be reached on the surface of the electric heating element in dry air. The 3D printer heating sheet uses a layered stacking method to produce a three-dimensional model. Its operation process is similar to that of a traditional printer, except that the traditional printer prints ink on paper to form a two-dimensional plane drawing, while the 3D printer stacks liquid photosensitive resin materials, molten plastic filaments, gypsum powder and other materials by spraying adhesives or extrusion to form a three-dimensional entity. The silicone rubber heating sheet is a soft electric heating film element composed of a combination of high temperature resistant, high thermal conductivity, good insulation performance, good strength silicone rubber, high temperature resistant fiber reinforced materials and metal heating film circuits. It is composed of two glass fiber cloths and two pieces of pressed silicone. Silicone rubber heating plate heating element: The nickel alloy heating wire is wrapped around the glass fiber, the heating power can reach 2.1W/c㎡, and the heating is more uniform. Moisture-proof and chemical-resistant silicone rubber materials provide longer heater life. Pressure-sensitive adhesive can be used to bond flat and smooth workpieces. When the electric heating element is heated in the open state, the surface temperature of the electric heating element is about 50~100℃ higher than the furnace temperature. When heated in the closed state, the surface temperature of the electric heating element is about 100~150℃ higher than the furnace temperature.

According to the ambient temperature of the highest people's use, the electric heating alloy can be mainly divided into the following four different grades: ultra-high temperature electric heating alloy, high temperature electric heating alloy, medium temperature electric heating alloy, low temperature electric heating alloy.

1. Ultra-high temperature electric heating alloy

The operating temperature of ultra-high temperature electric heating alloy is 1400℃.

Ultra-high temperature electric heating alloy is mainly used for electric heating elements such as single crystal diffusion furnace, powder metallurgy product sintering furnace, ceramic calcining furnace, high temperature heat treatment furnace, etc., with an operating temperature of 1200~1300℃.

The grades of ultra-high temperature electric heating alloys are: 0Cr26Al7.5; 0Cr27Al7Mo2, 0Cr24Al6R, 0Cr22Al6Core and powder metallurgy 0Cr22Al5.8, 0Cr23Al6.

2. High temperature electric heating alloy

The use temperature of high temperature electric heating alloy is 1300 ° C, and it is mainly used to manufacture electric heating elements for heating furnaces with a temperature of 1100-1200 ° C. This group of electric heating alloys also belongs to the iron-chromium-aluminum series. The content of chromium and aluminum in this alloy is slightly lower than that of ultra-high temperature alloys, containing 22%~25% chromium, 4%~6% aluminum, and a small amount of molybdenum, niobium, cobalt, titanium and rare earth elements.

The research on high temperature electric heating alloys can be mainly used to produce electric heating elements for heat treatment furnaces such as quenching, normalizing, annealing, and solution treatment, and electric heating elements for melting furnaces of copper, aluminum and their alloys.

It belongs to high temperature electric heating alloys such as 0Cr25Al5, 0Cr21Al6Nb, 0Cr23Al6, etc.

3. Medium temperature electric heating alloy

The temperature of medium temperature electric heating alloy is 1100 degrees Celsius. It is mainly used for the manufacture of electric heating components such as high temperature tempering furnace, aluminum melting furnace, household appliances, etc. The working temperature is 850 to 950 degrees Celsius. This group of electric heating alloys has good plasticity and can be processed into composite electric heating elements at room temperature. Electric heating alloy Cr30Ni70, Cr20Ni80, iron chromium aluminum series alloy 0Cr23Al5, 0Cr20Al3, 0Cr19Al5, 0Cr21Al6, etc.

4. Low temperature electric heating alloy

The use temperature of low temperature electric heating alloy is below 950℃. It is mainly used to manufacture electric heating elements for heating furnaces with working temperatures below 800-750℃, such as low temperature tempering furnaces, drying furnaces, household appliances, etc. This type of electric heating alloy is cr15ni60, cr20ni35, cr20ni25 in the Ni-Cr system, and 1cr13al4, 0cr19al3 in the Fe-Cr-al system.
