2、 Take cloth bag samples, and use special equipment to detect the roller kiln, analyze the main components of oil contamination, and then select corresponding cleaning materials to clean the kiln. This method also does not cause damage to the filter bag. When selecting suitable washing products, we should be rigorous, using low-temperature water for cleaning, and maintaining conditions such as uniform cement, which can greatly reduce damage.
3、 Dry at high temperature. Of course, in order to ensure that there is no damage to the roller kiln, we should control the temperature around the standard range, so that it can be dried using hot air without causing deformation and shrinkage.
