Composition of Electric Heat Conducting Oil Furnace

1. Heat transfer oil furnace circulating oil pump. The working pump operates separately (there are two or three pumps running in parallel on the furnace), the stop button operates, the indicator lights up during operation, the circulating pressure is monitored by the pressure gauge, the working current is monitored by the Ammeter, and the pump fault is alarmed by the pressure gauge.
2. Heat transfer oil furnace speed regulating machine. Adopting two speed mechanical transmission, equipped with a dual speed motor, with a total of four speed changes, operated by the grate for fast and slow transportation, and displayed with different colored indicator lights.
3. Heating oil furnace coal feeder. It is operated by the up and down buttons of the coal hopper. The upper and lower indicator lights of different colors are usually electrically controlled.
4. Induced draft fan. By turning on the blower of the thermal oil furnace heater, stop the button operation and turn on the indicator light during the operation process. Controlled by the outlet oil temperature, when the temperature exceeds the upper limit and the temperature that automatically stops running is lower than the lower limit, the blower is only limited to running (oil furnaces below 0.2MW/h do not have this function). The automatic position is controlled by pressure difference. When the pressure difference gauge is lower than the set value, it automatically stops running. When the pressure difference gauge is higher than the set value, it automatically runs.
