Detailed Introduction to Electric Heating Steam Generators

The structure of the electric heating steam generator consists of pressure components, heating pipes, electric control boxes, water pumps, pressure controllers, safety valves, water level electrodes, and drain valves.

Heating tube: An electric heating tube is a heating device of an electric evaporator that converts water into steam through thermal energy conversion within a specified time. Due to the complete immersion of the heating part of the heating tube in water, the thermal efficiency is particularly high. Electric control box: The electric control box is located in the front of the evaporator and is the heart of the evaporator. It has functions such as automatic water inlet, automatic heating, and automatic protection. Low water level alarm, overpressure protection, and leakage protection functions; Water pump: An evaporator water supply device that automatically replenishes water when the evaporator is short of water or without water. There are two check valves behind the water pump, which mainly control the return water of the electric evaporator. The main reason for the hot water reflux of the electric evaporator is the failure of the check valve. The check valve should be replaced in a timely manner, otherwise boiling water can damage the sealing ring of the water pump and cause water leakage. Pressure controller: An electromechanical conversion device that converts pressure signals into electrical switch signals. Its function is to output switch signals under different pressures. The manufacturer has adjusted the pressure to the appropriate pressure when leaving the factory; Water level electrode: It is an important component of water level control in electric evaporators, which utilizes the different conductivity of water and steam to achieve automatic water level control; Safety valve: It is a safety protection device for electric evaporators. When the evaporator is opened, due to various reasons, the set pressure does not stop. When the set pressure is exceeded, the safety valve will automatically open and release pressure, thereby reducing the pressure inside the furnace. To ensure the safe operation of the evaporator, a drainage valve is installed at the bottom of the electric steam generator, which can completely remove dirt inside the evaporator. The pressure should not exceed 0.1MPa during use.
The main functions of the control panel of the electric heating steam generator are:

1. Emergency stop button: The emergency stop button can stop all operations of the electric evaporator in an emergency situation. When a restart is required, simply press again to complete the recovery operation.

2. Water pump switch: The water pump switch is divided into three positions: start, stop, and automatic, respectively representing manual, pump stop, and automatic operation.

3. Operating switch: A switch for the electric heating system to stop and resume heating.

4. Section switch: Indicates that the heating is divided into three sections. Namely, manual heating, stop heating, and automatic heating. This switch allows the user to determine the heating power according to their needs.

5. Voltmeter: Display the voltage being used.

6. Ammeter: Display the current during operation.

7. Buzzer: A short buzzer indicates low water level in the electric evaporator, while a long buzzer indicates abnormal water level or pressure.
