Emergency shutdown of thermal oil electric heater equipment

1) When the outlet temperature exceeds the allowable value, the over temperature alarm acts and the temperature continues to rise.
2) When all pressure gauges and thermometers fail, and the liquid level of the liquid level gauge fluctuates violently. Although measures are taken, it is still unable to return to normal.
3) When defects such as bulging, deformation, and cracks occur in the pressurized parts of the furnace, posing a serious threat to safety.
4) When all the circulating pumps are damaged and cannot operate.
5) When the pipeline valve ruptures, the flange joint surface packing is flushed out, etc., causing a large amount of leakage of heat transfer fluid.
6) When a fire or other accident occurs nearby, which directly threatens the safe operation of the heat carrier furnace.
