How to check whether the power supply voltage of the stainless steel electric heating ring is normal?

To check whether the power supply voltage of the stainless steel electric heating coil is normal, you can follow the steps below:
Prepare tools: You need to prepare a suitable multimeter. Generally, you can choose a digital multimeter with AC voltage measurement function and a range that can cover the working voltage range of the electric heating coil.
Safe operation: Before measuring, make sure that the electric heating coil is in a power-off state to prevent the risk of electric shock. At the same time, check whether the multimeter's probe is intact and whether the probe's plug is inserted into the correct jack of the multimeter. Generally, the black probe is inserted into the "COM" hole, and the red probe is inserted into the hole marked with "VΩ" and other voltage measurement-related holes.
Find the power input terminal: Determine the power access location of the stainless steel electric heating coil, which usually has connection components such as wiring terminals or plugs. If the electric heating coil is installed inside the device, you may need to open the device casing to find the power input terminal, but before opening the casing, you must pay attention to power off and comply with the safety operating procedures of the equipment.
Measure voltage: Set the multimeter to the AC voltage measurement position and select the appropriate range according to the rated voltage of the electric heating coil. For example, if the rated voltage of the electric heating coil is 220V, you can select a range of 250V or higher. Touch the red and black test leads of the multimeter to the two terminals of the power input end of the electric heating coil or the two pins of the plug, and the measured voltage value will be displayed on the multimeter display.
Comparison judgment: Compare the measured voltage value with the rated voltage of the electric heating coil. Generally speaking, the power supply voltage is allowed to have a certain fluctuation range, which is usually within ±10% of the rated voltage. For example, the rated voltage of the electric heating coil is 220V, and its normal working voltage range is roughly between 198V and 242V. If the measured value is within this range, it means that the power supply voltage is normal; if it exceeds this range, it means that the power supply voltage is abnormal, and it is necessary to further check the power supply line, transformer and other related equipment to determine the problem.
