How to connect the PTC heater?
1. 2. It can be connected according to different power requirements. 1, 3, 5 is one pole; 2, 4 is one pole, 1, 3, 5 are combined as one end; 2, 4 are combined as the other end, and connecting 220V means full power.
3. Because the PTC electric heater cannot obtain sufficient heat dissipation, its power will automatically drop. At this time, the ambient temperature of the electric heater is kept around the Curie temperature (generally around 250℃), so as not to cause the surface "red" of the electric heater such as the heating tube.
4. The PTC heater is less affected by the change of power supply voltage. The power supply voltage changes in a large range without affecting the calorific value of the PTC component.
5.PTC components have low thermal conductivity, so the field intensity applied to the material cannot be too large and the thermal conductivity temperature cannot be too high.
