How to solve the oxygen corrosion of fin tubes?

The current technical level and financial capacity cannot meet and adapt to the requirements of advanced deoxygenation and softening technologies. Therefore, the oxygen content in the heating water greatly exceeds the standard, which directly leads to the corrosion of the finned tubes. Therefore, how to solve the problem of finned tube corrosion under oxygen conditions is of great significance. According to the current situation, the ways to solve the oxygen corrosion of finned tubes can be considered from the following aspects:
(1) The design of the heating system should try to avoid the system from being connected to large oxygen, that is, as closed as possible, such as the location of the exhaust cock, the closure of the circulation pump, etc. At the same time, low pressure should be avoided during the operation of the equipment, which also avoids unnecessary water loss.
(2) The replenishing water must be deoxygenated.
(3) Add corrosion inhibitor to the heating water.
(4 When the heating is stopped, the finned heating tube is maintained by dry method or deoxygenated water.
(5) When the newly installed finned tube is tested for pressure, a water-soluble non-toxic rust inhibitor should be added to the water pressure medium for pressure testing.
