Tempering furnace electric heater production process

Tube making is a basic process in the preparation of tempering furnace electric heaters, which mainly involves using a tube making machine to make steel strips into metal outer tubes of different materials. The tube making machine is a processing system specially designed for the production of electric heater outer tubes. It can complete a series of processing processes, starting with steel strips, through preliminary forming, welding, rolling to the required diameter, and then cutting and straightening.

Winding, the resistance wire is the core component of the electric heater and needs to be wound into a spring shape to increase the heating capacity per unit pipe length. The winding of the resistance wire is completed by a special winding machine. The winding machine winds the straight resistance wire into a spring shape and then cuts it according to the required winding length for use in the next process. The shape, size and type of resistance wire used in the resistance wire winding will affect the performance of the electric heater.

Welding, in the electric heater, the resistance wire needs to be connected to the external circuit through the lead-out rod. In actual production, welding is to connect the resistance wire and the lead-out rod together, and this process is completed by a resistance wire welding machine.
