Installation method of high temperature anti-corrosion thermocouple and thermal resistor

High temperature anti-corrosion thermocouples are made of new corrosion-resistant materials and coated with polytetrafluoroethylene F46. They are suitable for temperature measurement in various corrosive media in petrochemical industry. They are temperature measuring instruments in chlor-alkali industry. High temperature anti-corrosion thermocouples are made of molybdenum disilicide and SiN aluminum titanate anti-corrosion materials, with small diameter corundum tube or quartz tube inside, and filled with protective atmosphere to form a double-layer anti-corrosion and heat-resistant non-metallic (insertion part) protective cover, with corundum insulation tube or armored structure inside. The temperature measuring thermocouple can be directly inserted into aluminum solution, copper solution, copper-nickel, aluminum-nickel alloy solution and other metal solutions for temperature measurement, and the temperature resistance can reach 1400℃.
Installation method of high temperature corrosion resistant thermocouple and thermal resistor

1. First, measure the size of the thermocouple and thermal resistor flange or threaded thread, and process the matching flange or threaded base.

2. According to the size of the flange or threaded base, open a hole on the pipe to be measured.

3. Welding of flange or threaded base. Insert the flange base or threaded base into the opened hole, and weld the flange base or threaded base to the measured pipe.

4. Fasten the thermocouple or thermal resistor with bolts or screw it into the welded threaded base.

5. Press Connect the wiring of the junction box of the thermocouple or thermal resistor according to the wiring diagram, and connect it to the corresponding display instrument on the dial. Note that the junction box cannot contact the pipe wall of the measured medium pipeline, and ensure that the temperature in the junction box does not exceed 100℃. The outlet hole of the junction box should prevent the terminal from short-circuiting due to poor sealing, water vapor, dust and other deposition.

6. The location where the thermocouple or thermal resistor is installed should be convenient for inspection and maintenance.

High-temperature anti-corrosion thermocouples are suitable for high-temperature and corrosive occasions in various production processes, and are mostly used for temperature measurement in the petroleum industry, glass smelting and ceramic industry. High-temperature thermocouples have become the most widely used temperature sensing elements in industrial production and scientific research. The performance of the thermocouple protective cover material affects the long-term stability and service life of the thermocouple. Therefore, thermocouples working at high temperatures have more stringent requirements on their sheath materials.
