The flat box type heat absorbing plate of a flat plate solar water heater is formed by molding two metal plates respectively, and then welding them into one body to form a heat absorbing plate. The heat absorbing plate can be made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, etc.
Generally, spot welding is used between the fluid channels, and roll welding is used around the flat box type heat absorbing plate of the flat panel solar water heater.
