Large tanks and tanks should be insulated with constant power electric heating cables.

In daily life, we often see small tanks and pools. When winter arrives, self-limiting temperature heating cables are often used to protect these tanks and pools from freezing. These cables automatically control their temperature range and regulate temperature, making them suitable for winter frost protection and heating of small tanks and pools.
If large tanks and pools require insulation in winter, the cost and effectiveness of using self-limiting temperature heating cables are limited. In such cases, constant power heating cables are recommended. These cables can be used in lengths ranging from hundreds to thousands of meters, with no restrictions, making them suitable for large tanks and pools.
The maximum length of a single self-limiting temperature heating cable is 100 meters, requiring only a single power source, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. However, constant power heating cables can be used in lengths 5-12 times longer than self-limiting temperature heating cables. Requiring only a single power source, they not only save resources but are also particularly suitable for locations with high power requirements.
Constant power electric heating tape is an electric heating product composed of a core wire heating element. That is, when current passes through a core wire with a certain resistance, the core wire will emit Joule heat. Since the resistance per unit length of the core wire and the current passing through it are equal along the entire length, the heat generated at each point is also equal. The power at the tail end will not be low due to the increase in the length of use. It is particularly suitable for long-distance pipeline heating and insulation.
