Common troubleshooting methods for electric fryers

Fault 1: Not hot

Fault 2: Leakage
Reason: 1. Insulation damage, such as damage to the outer skin of the wire. 2. The electric heating wire comes off the slot and collides with the outer shell.
Troubleshooting: 1. Repair the damaged insulation by wrapping it with insulation tape or replacing it with a new one. 2. Carefully remove the electric heating wire holder, press the detached electric heating wire into the slot, and prevent the electric heating wire from falling out of the slot again.
Fault 3: Burn out of electric heating element
Reason: 1. The wire ends of the power cord collide with the plugs at both ends. 2. There are conductive foreign objects and burnt marks at the electric socket. 3. There is a short circuit in the wiring inside the base. 4. Internal water ingress into plugs, sockets, or bases.
Troubleshooting: 1. Identify where the wire ends collide and separate them. 2. Remove foreign objects and burnt marks from the electric heating socket. 3. Open the base to identify the short circuit point and eliminate it. 4. Wipe off water and dirt with a dry cloth.
Precautions for using electric hot pot:
1. The power of electric hotpot is generally high, and the sockets and power cords used should match the power consumption to avoid accidents.
2. The electric hot pot uses a single three core textile flexible wire as the power lead. When connecting, first insert the plug of the power lead with a socket into the electric heating socket of the pot body, and then place the switch of the constant temperature device in the middle or appropriate position. Usually, it is placed in a high temperature range at the beginning, and after the water boils, it can be placed in an insulation range. Be sure to have good grounding.
3. For non constant temperature electric hotpot, do not dry burn the heating element and pot body. When it is necessary to remove water from the pot, the power should be cut off and cooled slightly before releasing the soup from the pot. This can prevent the waste heat from the porcelain plate at the bottom of the pot from burning the bottom of the pot.
