Mold temperature of hot press
Leave a message
Mold loading temperature refers to the temperature of the mold when the material is put into the mold cavity. It mainly depends on the type of material and the quality index of the molded material. Generally, when the volatile content of the molding material is high, and the insoluble resin content is low, the molding temperature is lower. On the contrary, it is necessary to appropriately increase the mold assembly temperature. The product structure is complex and the molding temperature of large products should generally be in the range of room temperature-90 ℃.
