Operating procedures for heating furnace positions
1, Preparation for ignition
1. Check if all accessories of the heating furnace (such as furnace tubes, elbows, explosion-proof doors, nozzles, flue baffles, pressure gauges, thermocouples, gaskets, flanges, etc.) are intact, and the valves should be closed.
2. Check the position of the flue baffle, seal the manhole and access hole.
3. Check for flammable materials in the radiation chamber, flue, and damper.
4. Prepare fire-fighting equipment and connect the fire steam hose for backup.
5. Open the fire extinguishing steam in front of the furnace to replace the furnace, and stop supplying steam 10 minutes after seeing steam coming out of the chimney. Ignite as soon as possible.
6. Open and start various control display instruments, and manually control the ignition valve.
2, Ignite
1. The class monitor notified to ignite, and two people must operate the ignition.
2. Adjust the flue baffle and damper, ignite the open flame with a ignition stick, and place it into the nozzle. (Pay attention to the deviation of the head from the fire nozzle to prevent injury from backfire)
3. Open the valve slightly, adjust the flame after ignition, and observe the flame combustion at any time. (If the flame goes out, the furnace must be replaced with extinguishing steam again, and ignition can only be carried out after the chimney has seen steam for 10 minutes.)
3, Heating up
1. The first hour of furnace heating shall not exceed 300 ℃, and the subsequent heating rate shall not exceed 100 ℃/h.
2. The outlet temperature of the furnace shall not exceed 40-50 ℃/h. (Mainly based on furnace temperature)
3. When the furnace outlet rises to 200 ℃, maintain a constant temperature for 1-2 hours, perform hot tightening, and conduct a comprehensive inspection. Only after there are no problems can the temperature continue to rise.
4. During the cyclic heating process, each liquid level remains at its normal position.
