1. The whole machine is controlled by a 5 frequency conversion motor, and the tension (unwinding, coating, traction and winding) of the whole machine is automatically controlled by a Japanese Mitsubishi PLC system. The reliability of the tension of the whole machine is improved through the human-machine interface touch screen control and display.
2. The form of the discharge rack is electric overturning double-station, and magnetic powder automatic tension control is adopted.
3. Anilox coating mode: the coating scraper shaft adopts heavy-duty double-axis mechanical independent movement, the scraper adjustment mode is manual with pneumatic, and the angle can be adjusted at will. The coating amount depends on the mesh line of the anilox roller, and different coating amount can be changed for different mesh lines of the anilox roller.
4. In order to evenly distribute the coating, 1 set of uniform rubber roller is equipped, which is controlled by the motor frequency converter.

5. For the transfer coating of the Meier rod, the stainless steel wire scraper rod is used, which is supported by the rod. The coating amount depends on the wire thickness of the stainless steel wire scraper rod. Different coating amount can be replaced with different thickness of the stainless steel wire scraper rod.
6. The oven is 30 meters and divided into 10 sections for independent temperature control. Electric heating is adopted for heating.
