Pipe mounted heater

I. Core Structure and Working Principle
‌Basic Structure‌
It consists of a metal pipe shell, built-in electric heating tubes, flange connections, a junction box, and auxiliary components (such as lifting lugs, brackets, and drain valves). Fluid flows in through the inlet, is heated by the electric heating tubes, and then flows out through the outlet. The flange ensures a sealed connection with the external pipe.

‌Heating Method‌

‌Resistance Heating‌: Electric current passes through the electric heating tubes to generate heat energy, suitable for most industrial applications.

‌Electromagnetic Induction Heating‌: Heating through the eddy current effect of a magnetic field provides high energy efficiency and precise temperature control.

‌Steam Heat Exchange‌: High-temperature steam passes through heat exchange tubes to heat circulating water, used in centralized heating systems.

II. Classification and Selection Criteria
‌By Structure Type‌

Straight-tube and U-shaped designs are available to accommodate various piping layouts.

Explosion-proof junction boxes (including thick sealing covers and sealing coils) are designed for use in flammable and explosive environments; non-explosion-proof types are designed for general use.

III. Key Performance Advantages
High Efficiency and Energy Saving: High thermal efficiency, fast heating speed, and precise temperature control (±1°C).

Safety and Reliability: Explosion-proof design isolates sparks; stainless steel (such as TP316L) resists corrosion and high pressure.

Easy Installation: Modular design allows for quick piping connections, eliminating the need for major modifications.
