Wrapping machines are available in single, double, or triple layer configurations. They wind mica tape, cotton paper tape, aluminum foil, polyester film, etc., onto core wires using a rotating turntable. These winding machines are used for insulating reels such as electrical wires, power cables, control cables, and fiber optic cables. They feature low energy consumption, stability, reliability, and ease of operation.
Wrapping Machine Process Preparation:
1. Place tools and measuring gauges on the workbench and check that they are zero.
2. Check that the equipment is functioning properly. If any abnormalities are detected, notify maintenance personnel immediately.
3. Prepare semi-finished products according to the production plan and inspect them to ensure they meet process requirements. Acceptable semi-finished products are loaded onto the pay-off rack.
4. Select a packaging core according to process requirements, install the core, and return the gauge to zero.
Wrapping Machine Operating Procedures:
1. Pass the wire end over the guide wheel, pull the meter counter to the packaging mold core, and secure the wire end.
2. Once the wire is aligned, start the continuous movement to align the wire.
3. Once the wire is wrapped to the desired length, secure it with a three-dimensional fiber rope and then lower the wrapping board and packaging board.
4. Wrap the new reel with packaging film and label it according to the specified length.
Wrapping Machine Quality Requirements:
1. The wire surface must be flat and smooth, free of char, eccentricity, or mechanical damage.
2. After coiling, the wire must be neatly arranged and not tangled.
3. The model, specification, and length on the label must match the product. Errors are strictly prohibited!
