Maintenance of filling and sealing machine
1. Tighten the joint.
2. Regularly check the sensitivity of the sensor.
3. Equipment maintenance items are handled by operators and maintenance records are formed.
4. Check and tighten the electrical control circuit and the connections of each sensor.
5. Before starting production (including feeding device), oil must be added to the oil atomizer.
6. After each production stop (including feeding device), discharge water from the pressure reducing valve.
7. All lubricating parts shall be filled with sufficient lubricant to prevent parts from wearing.
8. Check whether the pneumatic and transmission mechanisms are in good condition, and adjust and replace the lubricant.
9. After each production, please clean the machine and turn off the main power switch or unplug the power plug.
10. Clean the inside and outside of the filler pipe and the sealing machine. Do not use hot water higher than 45 ° C to avoid damaging the sealing ring.
11. Check whether the tested motor, heating system, PLC and frequency converter are normal, and carry out cleaning test to check whether the coefficient parameters are normal.
12. During the operation, the operator should operate in a standardized manner. During the operation, do not touch all parts of the machine with your hands to avoid personal injury. If abnormal sound is found, please stop the inspection in time until the cause is found. After troubleshooting, it can be opened again.
