What is the common rotation mode of automatic packaging machinery?

Due to the increase in the market demand for automatic packaging machinery and equipment, the technological upgrading of the industry has been greatly encouraged. The new packaging models with intelligent and automatic functions will gradually replace the traditional ones and become the mainstream in the future. This is an effective way for packaging machinery enterprises to achieve sustainable development, and also the ultimate goal of their technological reform. Automatic packaging machinery and equipment need to rotate in the process of work. At present, the common rotation modes of automatic packaging machinery and equipment are divided into three types, namely, gear and rack drive, screw drive and fluid drive. Next, we will introduce these three transmission rotation modes in detail.
1. Rack and pinion drive
Convert rotary motion into linear motion, however, such a mechanism can be driven in reverse direction, that is, the rack does linear motion to drive the gear to rotate, which is suitable for long-distance transmission. For example, the rack and pinion drive that drives the pallet box to move under the guide rail of the machine tool is the rack and pinion drive. The rack and pinion mechanism needs to be equipped with a locking device, because the rack and pinion mechanism of the automatic packaging machinery cannot self-lock.
2. Screw drive
It can also change rotary motion into reciprocating linear motion. The speed of linear motion is determined by the lead of the screw rod and the speed of the screw rod. It is suitable for precise transmission, such as the movement of the machine tool workbench. The ordinary screw rod cannot be driven in reverse, while the ball screw rod can be driven in reverse.
3. Fluid transmission
It is a kind of transmission using fluid as working medium. It is called hydraulic transmission that relies on the static pressure of liquid to transmit energy. It relies on the hydrodynamic action between the impeller of the automatic packaging machinery and the liquid to transfer energy as the hydraulic transmission. The use of gas to transmit energy is called pneumatic transmission.
