Curled edges are formed on the front and rear edges of the inner liner to isolate the air in the chamber; Fill the outer cavity with high-temperature resistant aluminum silicate fiber products, greatly reducing the shell temperature; At the same time, install a rocker structure on the door to ensure that the door is always tightly pressed against the door frame and has good sealing performance.

Precautions for heating use:

1. Cut off the power and turn off the oven.

2. Before powering on, the exhaust valve should be opened.

3. Observe and adjust the temperature inside the box at any time, which should meet the temperature requirements of the drying process.

4. When using a non explosion-proof electric oven, it is strictly prohibited to bring volatile objects into the oven to prevent the electric heating tube from exploding.

5. Keep the electric oven clean, inspect and remove the oxide skin next to the resistance wire inside the oven.

6. Before powering on, the insulation of the power supply line should be checked to prevent leakage accidents. There should be no contact between the resistance wires of the heater to prevent short circuits.

Mold temperature control machine, also known as mold temperature control machine, is used to heat or cool molds and maintain their working temperature, ensuring stable quality of injection molded parts and optimizing processing time. The mold temperature machine is divided into two types: water temperature machine and oil temperature machine. In the injection molding industry, the temperature of the mold plays a decisive role in the quality and injection time of the injection molded parts.

The following are the precautions for using mold temperature electromechanical heating tubes:

1. Components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1M Ω due to long-term storage, they can be dried in an oven at around 200 ℃ or heated by reducing the voltage until the insulation resistance is restored.

2. When heating nitrate, safety measures should be considered to prevent explosion accidents.

3. The magnesium oxide powder at the outlet of the electric heating tube of the mold temperature machine should be avoided from being infiltrated by pollutants and moisture during use to prevent leakage accidents.

4. Components are allowed to operate under the following conditions:

A. The relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 95%, and there shall be no explosive or corrosive gases.

B. The working voltage should not exceed 1.1 times the rated value, and the casing should be effectively grounded.

C. Insulation resistance ≥ 1M Ω Dielectric strength: 2KV/1min

5. The wiring part should be placed outside the insulation layer to avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media, and moisture; The wiring should be able to withstand the temperature and heating load of the wiring section for a long time, and excessive force should be avoided when tightening the wiring screws.

6. When the mold temperature machine heats the air, the components should be evenly arranged in a cross pattern to provide good heat dissipation conditions and allow the air flowing through to be fully heated. When heating fusible metals or solid nitrates, alkalis, drains, paraffin, etc., the operating voltage should be lowered first, and the rated voltage can only be raised after the medium melts.
