BOPP film is coated with glue to make semi-finished products, and then cut by a slitter.
It does not stick when rolled up, because the BOPP film has been corona treated on the glued surface. The popular explanation is that the film is roughened on one side, and the glue can adhere to it. The other side is untreated, it is in a smooth state, and the glue will not stick when the tape is rolled up, and can be pulled apart and used normally.
