Reasons and Solutions for the Servo Failure of the Filling Machine

The filling machine servo motor refers to the engine that controls the operation of mechanical components in the servo system, and is an auxiliary motor indirect speed change device. Servo motors can control speed and position accuracy very accurately, and can convert voltage signals into torque and rotational speed to drive the controlled object. It is a very important part of the filling machine equipment. If the servo causes the equipment to not work, there are mainly the following reasons:
1. Cause: During automatic filling, the servo motor does not operate.
2. Cause: a. Mechanical failure; Abnormal servo motor driver and encoder
3. Solution steps and methods: a. Check whether the synchronous belt on the servo motor side has tooth skipping phenomenon; Check whether the lead screw on the upper side of the servo motor is abnormal.
Check whether there is an abnormal alarm on the servo driver of the filling machine:
① Reset the relevant parameters of the servo driver to avoid negative logic for the position pulse command.
② When the servo driver alarm code is related to the encoder, check to see if the cable connecting the servo driver to the encoder is loose or falling off. If the line is normal and the relevant alarm on the servo driver has not been cleared, it indicates a hardware fault (such as encoder fault, servo driver interface damage, etc.).
③ Check whether the voltage of the side servo driver is normal.
④ Check whether the wire connecting the servo driver to the PLC is loose or falling off, and detect whether the corresponding contact points of the PLC are damaged.
