Research on Seal and Nozzle of Vacuum Pump System of Blister Machine

Research on the sealing requirements of the vacuum pump system: when the vacuum pump is in the limit state, the water discharged from the first stage is very little, sometimes even no water. Therefore, a large amount of water is discharged from the first stage pump, which can be considered as a leak in the system.

Research on nozzle requirements: Nozzle is an important part that affects the performance of vacuum pump. The existing problems are: wrong nozzle installation, crooked installation, blockage, damage, corrosion and leakage. No matter what preventive measures are taken, nozzle blockage is inevitable. On the one hand, when the steam pipeline is installed, the residual iron filings and welding slag in the pipeline will block the nozzle; on the other hand, when the vacuum pump system is deactivated, the steam pipeline is prone to rust, and the rust spots fall off and block the nozzle during use.
