Safety and maintenance of commercial induction cookers
Leave a message
1、 Before using a commercial induction cooker, pay attention to:
1. A high-quality socket should be used, as poor contact with the socket can cause the burner or induction cooker to malfunction.
2. Do not use an induction cooker when the plug wires are damaged or the power plug is not securely inserted into the socket.
3. Do not bend, tie wires, or apply excessive force to them as this can cause damage.
4. Do not allow any obstacles to attach to the plug or power socket of this device.
5. Do not insert the plug into a socket with several other electrical devices already inserted, and the current should not exceed the limit of the socket (the operating current of this device is about 10 amperes).
6. Do not use an induction cooker in areas that may be damp or near flames.
7. After the induction cooker has been placed for a period of time, if you want to use it again, please power on for 10 minutes to stabilize the internal electronic components of the induction cooker before starting the machine for functional operation.
2、 When using commercial induction cookers, pay attention to:
1. Do not place on an unstable surface.
2. Do not block the suction or exhaust ports to avoid overheating in the furnace.
3. Do not use the induction cooker in areas where children can reach it or where children can use it on their own.
4. Do not heat or overheat an empty pot.
5. Do not place metal items such as knives, forks, spoons, pot lids, and aluminum foil on the top plate as they will be heated.
6. Do not carry the induction cooker in a container.
7. Do not use the induction cooker in areas with insufficient space around it. Keep the front and left and right sides of the induction cooker clean.
8. Do not use metal wires or foreign objects to enter the gaps in the suction or exhaust ports.
9. Do not drop items onto the top plate. If cracks appear on the surface, immediately turn off the power, unplug the plug, and send it for repair.
3、 After using a commercial induction cooker, pay attention to:
1. Do not place the frying pan on the stove surface after use to avoid difficulty starting the next time it is used.
2. After cooking, the high-temperature heat generated by the pot will be transmitted to the top plate of the induction cooker. Do not touch the top plate immediately.
3. Do not pull out the plug by pulling on the wires.
4. When confirming that the induction cooker is not in use, do not keep the power cord connected.
Maintenance of commercial induction cookers
A) Power requirements
(1) When using an induction cooker, it is necessary to use a three hole socket with ground wire that meets various technical specifications (preferably a product with CCC logo). It is absolutely not allowed to switch to a two hole socket without a ground wire on your own, as the plug of the two hole socket is easily loose, unstable, and does not comply with national standards, which can cause instantaneous ignition, increase current, and is more dangerous.
(2) Do not place the socket directly above the induction cooker to prevent heat from rising and burning the power supply.
(3) If there are frequent electrical appliances that can cause sudden changes in current, such as welding machines, impact drills, hammers, or other high-power appliances, such as refrigerators, washing machines, water heaters, etc., used together with induction cookers, it is more likely to damage the induction cooker. Attention should be paid, and it is best to use a patch panel with overcurrent protection device or choose a stable power supply. It is best not to use or try not to switch on other electrical appliances while the induction cooker is working, to avoid damaging the induction cooker.
B) Heat dissipation of commercial induction cookers
When the electromagnetic furnace is working, there is a certain temperature inside the body. In order to make the electromagnetic furnace play a better role, work normally, and extend its service life, this heat should be discharged in a timely manner. Therefore, it is best to place the electromagnetic furnace in a position that is conducive to air circulation and heat dissipation.
C) Cleaning of induction cookers
1. Please unplug the power cord before cleaning.
2. When the panel is dirty or discolored due to oil stains, please use detergent, toothpaste, or car wax to wipe it off, and then use a towel to wipe it clean. When the body and control panel are dirty, use a soft wet cloth to wipe them. For oil stains that are not easy to wipe, use a neutral detergent to wipe them, and then use a soft wet cloth to wipe until there is no residue left.
3. And do not rinse directly with water or brush in water.
4. Regularly keep the body clean to prevent cockroaches, insects, etc. from entering the furnace and affecting the body's malfunction.
5. The suction/exhaust hood can be disassembled and cleaned directly with water, or dust can be removed with a cotton swab, or it can be removed with a toothbrush and a small amount of cleaning agent.
D) Unexpected situation occurred
If abnormal situations such as abnormal shutdown or alarm are found during the use of commercial induction cookers, they must be immediately stopped and the manufacturer's maintenance department should be contacted and consulted in a timely manner. If any problems are identified, professional maintenance personnel should be invited to handle them. Do not disassemble them on your own.
E) Collection of commercial induction cookers
When the induction cooker is not needed for a long time, first wipe it clean and air dry the body before storing it. Do not store it in a damp environment. Instead, store it in a dry place and try to put some desiccant and cockroach medicine inside the packaging to avoid squeezing and reuse.
