Application field: The air electric heater is mainly used to heat the required air flow from the initial temperature to the required air temperature, up to 650 ℃.

At present, the cold withstand voltage of electric heating tubes generally requires a breakdown current of 0.5ma at 2000V/1s. Insulation: The main reason affecting the insulation of electric heating tubes is the sealing process of the tubes. After sealing with high-temperature powder, it should reach at least 104m Ω, while medium temperature magnesium powder, medium temperature magnesium powder, or modified powder should reach 103m Ω. Leakage current: mainly related to the heating length of the temperature electric heating tube and the quality of magnesium powder when using a flange heating tube. This is also an important inspection target for high-temperature electric heating tubes. Power accuracy: mainly related to the quality of the resistance wire and the manufacturer's technological level. Generally, a temperature coefficient test is required before mass production to determine the qualified cold resistance.
