Selection Instructions for Stainless Steel Remote Thermometers

The stainless steel remote thermometer consists of a bimetallic temperature sensing element, a supporting tube, a connecting device, an indicating plate, etc. The bimetallic temperature sensing element is made of a multi-turn straight spiral bimetal, one end of which is fixed and the other end (free end) is connected to the mandrel. When the temperature changes, the free end of the temperature sensing element rotates, and the mandrel drives the pointer to indicate the temperature of the measured medium on the indicating plate. Bimetallic thermometers are divided into three types according to their structural form: axial type (angle type), radial type (diameter), and universal type; according to their functions, they are divided into four types: ordinary type (single indicator), with electric contact, remote transmission function, and with luminous. Suitable for measuring fluid temperature, the electric contact bimetallic thermometer can output an electrical signal to achieve the purpose of control when the temperature exceeds a set value.
Stainless steel remote thermometers are suitable for measuring the pressure of liquids, steam, gases and other media that do not corrode steel and copper alloys. Because a sliding wire resistor transmitter is set inside the resistance remote pressure gauge, the measured value can be transmitted to the secondary instrument far away from the measurement in the form of electricity to achieve centralized detection and remote control. In addition, this pressure gauge can indicate the pressure on the spot, so as to facilitate on-site work inspection.

Performance of stainless steel remote thermometer:

1. It has the characteristics of small temperature probe, high sensitivity, linear scale, long life, etc.

2. It has multiple functions such as remote transmission resistance signal (PT100), shock resistance, corrosion resistance and high-power switch signal.

3. The structure is the same as all similar products and can replace imports.
