Seven common faults and maintenance methods of induction cookers

Question 1: After placing the pot, the light flashes
1. The comparator CT is broken: the commutator CT has changed.
2. Incorrect pot: Non standard pot, please use the correct pot.
3. IC1/IC6/R501 adjustable resistor faulty: Check the corresponding devices.
Problem 2: No heating
What usually happens is that its microswitch fails. After the micro switch of the induction cooker is damaged, it will cause the CPU of the induction cooker to make an error in judgment during operation, and the indicator light will turn on, causing the induction cooker to alarm and not heat up. For the maintenance of the induction cooker, it mainly involves replacing its microswitch.
Problem 3: Unable to adjust power
1. The heating/fixing temperature of the induction cooker is short circuited, causing the power adjustment button on the operation panel of the induction cooker to be unusable. At this point, it is necessary to replace damaged components when repairing the induction cooker.
2. Damage to the main control IC can also result in the inability to adjust the power of the induction cooker during use. Usually, induction cookers with long service life are most prone to this problem. At this point, it is necessary to replace the IC of the induction cooker.
Problem 4: The induction cooker does not turn on
If the buttons are not correct, please check and replace the keyboard.
2. The power cord wiring is loose and the power supply is reconnected.
3. If the power cord is not powered on, reconnect the power cord or replace it.
4. Blow the fuse and replace it.
5. The power crystal IGBT is damaged and replaced.
6. Resonant capacitor C103 is faulty, replacing capacitor C103.
Check and replace the cathode and cathode for 90 diodes.
8. The transformer is broken and there is no 18V output. Check and replace the transformer.
9. Open the substrate assembly and replace it.
Problem 5: The entire machine is unresponsive
1. The entire machine did not react and did not explode. When disassembling the induction cooker, the fuse will not burn out. At this point, we mainly check the chips on the induction cooker.
Question 6: Start Burning Insurance
Firstly, disconnect the pins on the electromagnetic furnace shaft, replace the fuse, and then measure the voltage at both ends. The DC output voltage of the bridge rectifier is 220V-300V. When there is no voltage or below this voltage, even if you change the freshness, you will continue to be burnt.
When judging the fault of the induction cooker, we can conclude that the bridge rectifier block is damaged. If there is voltage during the voltage test, it can be determined whether the IGBT of the induction cooker is damaged. Replacing the component again can eliminate the fault.
During the inspection process of the induction cooker, if the bridge rectifier and IGBT of the induction cooker can work normally, but the fuse is still in this situation, it is usually because the IA8316S integrated block in the induction cooker is damaged and replaced with a repair. The integrated block is very good.
Question 7: The buzzer keeps ringing
1. The thermal switch/thermistor is broken, the main control IC is broken, and the switch/thermal switch/thermistor/main control IC is broken.
2. The oscillator is broken and the transformer is broken; Replace the oscillator, inspect or replace the transformer.
3. The substrate component is broken; Check or replace the substrate components.
