Single-head electric heating tube performance introduction

Single-ended electric heating elements (bullet-type heaters, single-ended heating elements) are constructed by placing a spring heating wire within a metal sheath. The gaps are evenly filled with modified oxide powder, which has excellent thermal conductivity and insulation properties. The tube is then shrunk using a shrinking machine to insulate the heating wire from the air and maintain its central position, preventing it from shifting and contacting the tube wall. The process continues with shrinking, annealing, bending, welding, and fastening.
Single-ended electric heating elements offer advantages such as small size, light weight, affordability, safety, reliability, ease of installation, high power, high thermal efficiency, rapid heat dissipation, and long life.
I. Product Parameters:
1. Minimum tube diameter: 2mm-30mm;
2. Single tube length: 15mm-6000mm;
3. Power rating: Designed based on the heating medium and dimensions;
4. Tube material: Iron, stainless steel, copper, titanium, and imported materials;
5. Surface temperature options: 0-800°C. II. Single-End Electric Heating Module Technical Parameters:
1. The operating voltage should be equal to the rated voltage or not exceed 10% of the rated value.
2. For components with a rated power of 100W or less, the operating voltage should be ±10%. For components with a rated power greater than 100W, the operating voltage should be +5% to -10% or 10W, whichever is greater.
3. Leakage Current: The cold leakage current and the leakage current after the water pressure and sealing tests should not exceed 0.5mA. The hot leakage current at operating temperature should not exceed 0.12mA.
4. Heating Module Insulation Resistance: The cold insulation resistance during factory inspection should be no less than 50MΩ. After the sealing test, long-term storage, or use, the insulation resistance should be no less than 1MΩ.
5. Dielectric Strength: The cold electrical strength should be 1500V/min without flashover or breakdown. III. Applications:
Single-end electric heating elements are widely accepted for mold heating in modern industrial applications, including in plastics machinery heating systems, pharmaceutical production lines, laboratory heat treatment testing, air dry heating, and the chemical industry. They are also used in plastic molding molds, flat-plate vulcanizers, extruders, CO2 pressure-reducing assemblies, molds and castings, cigarette making machines, packaging machines, bag making machines, medical and pharmaceutical machinery, food machinery, bread makers, printers, and fusible metal melting furnaces, among other metallurgical applications.
