Some precautions for use of MI heating cable

When the pipeline equipment freezes in winter, the installation of electric heat tracing products can quickly and effectively play the role of antifreeze and thermal insulation, especially in the antifreeze and thermal insulation of liquid pipelines.
Electric tracing band can be divided into self-limiting electric tracing band, constant power electric tracing band and high temperature MI heating cable. The temperature of self-limiting electric tracing band is limited to 0-105 ℃, constant power electric tracing band is limited to 0-180 ℃, and the temperature of MI armored heating cable is limited to 200 ℃ and 800 ℃.
The selection of electric heat tracing is very strict, and the models applied in the same insulation area may also be different. The design and type selection shall be based on different temperature limits and lengths. Self-limiting electric tracing band can be used in water pipe, fire pipe, solar pipe and other fields; Constant power electric tracing band is applicable to petroleum, chemical, fire protection, electric power and natural gas pipelines; For MI heating cables, pipes with high output efficiency or high temperature steam purging are required.
