1、 Origin of sewage
Sewage generally refers to abandoned water that is subject to certain pollution and comes from daily use and production. In plain English, the water that is not needed or wants to be discarded in a specific situation is sewage.

The pollutants in water can generally be divided into three categories, namely biological, physical, and chemical pollutants. Biological pollutants include bacteria, viruses, and parasites. Generally speaking, water quality is introduced abstractly and clearly.
2、 The ultimate outlet for sewage
Generally speaking, urban sewage includes daily sewage, industrial wastewater, and rainwater runoff.
The majority of daily sewage comes from our daily lives (such as bathing, washing clothes, kitchens, some rainwater, shopping malls, units, car washing points, etc.), and is transported through the drainage network to the sewage treatment equipment in the gathering area (i.e. XX sewage treatment plant, which is available in most areas).
Industrial wastewater comes from production departments that gather, such as factories, laboratories, industrial parks, etc. It is generally treated to a suitable water quality before being discharged into the sewage pipe network and treated together with daily sewage.
Rainwater is quite special: Except for the rainwater runoff in special areas treated as industrial wastewater, most of it can be divided into two situations: economically prosperous, build a separate rainwater pipe network, which is a form of rainwater and sewage diversion. In this way, sewage can be sent for treatment, and rainwater can be treated and discharged (in China, there must be pollution in the early rain, but sewage cannot be treated in time, how can we still consider rainwater?); Perhaps not building a rainwater pipe network alone, the two share a common pipe network, which is a form of rainwater sewage confluence. In this form, there will be no problem during the dry season, and all sewage will be sent for treatment. However, during the dry season, due to the surge in water volume, it may exceed the capacity of the pipe network, and excess water will overflow out of the treatment system. Due to the mixing of some sewage here, a certain degree of pollution will be formed. (From this, everyone should also see that water treatment is clearly subject to economic constraints.)
