After long-term use, the surface of the heating tube is prone to accumulation of oxides, scale, and other debris. Regular inspections should be arranged during daily use. Irregular inspections and maintenance may cause damage to the heating pipes.

The selection of the heating tube should be based on the actual heating object to avoid arbitrary selection and use.

1、 Uneven gap between resistance wires:

After selecting high-quality resistance wires, we need to proceed with the wire tapping process. It is to stretch and wrap the resistance wire according to the design requirements. This process aims to ensure a uniform gap between the resistance wires, and only after power is applied can the electric heating tube evenly heat the object. Otherwise, the temperature in areas with high density will be too high compared to areas with low density, and this process is very important.

2、 Selection of resistance wire:

When not in production, we need to first solve a very important step by selecting high-quality resistance wires. The quality of the resistance wire directly affects the effectiveness of the electric heating tube during use. Non standard resistance wires may not be visible from the appearance. However, through efficiency, it can be found that when using low-quality materials, the conductivity cannot achieve the desired effect. Some of them have good heating effects, while others have poor heating effects.

3、 Improper filling of magnesium oxide powder:

We all know that the filling material inside the electric heating tube is magnesium oxide powder, but now most factories still use manual filling, which can lead to poor control of the internal tightness during filling. The parts that are too tight will generate heat more slowly, while the parts that are too loose will generate heat faster.
