The overall structure of the folding machine of the blister equipment

The overall structure of the designed lithium-ion power battery automatic folding, packaging and folding machine adopts a three-station rotation cycle mode, namely, the I station, the II station and the III station. In Figure 1, component 1 is the tooling of the battery mold after completion, and component 2 is the tooling of the battery mold to be processed. The lithium-ion power battery to be packaged is clamped in the battery mold tooling to be processed, that is, it enters the cycle working state. After the packaging is completed, the lithium-ion power battery is withdrawn from the mold tooling and can enter the next cycle.
