The service life of continuous carburizing furnace pot

The service life of continuous carburizing furnace pot

Oxidation and peeling of the outer surface of the furnace tank will cause cracking, and the main form of failure is the leakage of the furnace tank. Casting defects have a great impact on the service life of the furnace tank, and there are often more opportunities for oxidation and cracking at the defects. The furnace tank was slightly cracked and used for repair welding soon, and it was quickly damaged. This was mainly due to the decrease in welding performance after oxidation and carburization.

Use of Continuous Carburizing Furnace Pot

Because the outer side of the carburizing furnace is close to the electric heating element, the temperature is higher, reaching 950 to 1,000 degrees, so the furnace is required to have good oxidation resistance; the inner side of the furnace is in a carburizing atmosphere, which requires the Shanghai tank to require Has good resistance to carburization. At the same time, due to the large load of the furnace tank, the furnace tank is also required to have higher high temperature strength

Continuous Carburizing Furnace Opening Operation Regulations

1. Turn on the power switch.

2. Adjust the meter (as shown on the right)

Only when the automatic control device is normal can it be energized and heated.

3. When the temperature rises, turn on the fan.

4. When the furnace temperature rises to 850°C, kerosene (or methanol) starts to be dripped.

5. After the furnace temperature reaches the required temperature, cut off the power supply of the furnace and the fan to install the workpiece. Then close the furnace door, turn on the fan and furnace power, and operate according to the range.

6. After the workpiece is out of the furnace, close the furnace cover tightly, continue to leave the fan unchanged, cut off the furnace resistance wire power supply, and drip a small amount of kerosene.

7. When the furnace temperature drops to 850°C, stop dripping kerosene.

8. When the furnace temperature drops to 600°C, stop the fan and cut off the power switch.
