The blister forming technology is one of the hot forming processing technologies of plastic sheet (plate), and is also one of the secondary processing industrial technologies of plastics. Different from one-time processing technologies such as injection molding and extrusion, it is not to heat plastic resin and particles, nor to cut a part of plastic materials to obtain the necessary shape and size by using mechanical processing means such as machine tools and cutters with the same cross section and continuous molding as through molding, but to heat plastic sheet (plate) and use mold, vacuum and pressure to deform the sheet (plate) to achieve the required shape and size
Blister molding equipment includes clamping system, heating system, vacuum and compressed air system and molding mold.
Features of vacuum molding machine:
