The vacuum pump motor of vacuum preservation equipment is not allowed to reverse

 

Like the baler and shrinker, this machine is powered by 380V. In order to ensure the normal operation of the vacuum pump, the vacuum pump motor is not allowed to reverse. The oil level should be checked frequently. The normal oil level is 1/2 or 3/4 of the oil window. When the oil in the vacuum pump turns black, it should be replaced in time.

Vacuum preservation equipment impurity filter

 

The impurity filter should be removed and cleaned frequently. After continuous operation for 2-3 months, open the back cover and add lubricating oil to the sliding parts. Add lubricating oil to the connector on the heating rod, depending on the usage. The vacuum packaging machine should be used in an environment where the temperature is -10°C to 50°C, the relative humidity is greater than 85%, and the surrounding air is free of corrosive gases, dust and explosion hazards.
