What if the electric oven still has electricity when it's time to bake?

As is well known, when the oven reaches the set baking time, it will automatically power off to prevent food from carbonizing due to prolonged baking time. But sometimes people find that when time comes, the oven still keeps baking. Why is this?
In fact, there are three main reasons for this situation. The first reason is that the timer of the oven was not assembled incorrectly. When the manufacturer assembles the timer of the oven, the spindle and panel ports are not properly connected, which can cause the spindle to get stuck and difficult to reset, ultimately causing the oven to continue baking. Faced with this situation, people can only find maintenance technicians to come and repair.
The second reason is that the timer contacts of the oven are stuck. People can use tweezers to adjust the distance between the dynamic and static contacts of the timer, and use sandpaper to polish these two contacts to ensure smooth separation.
The third reason is that the metal spring of the timer contact of the oven is too soft and cannot bounce back, reducing its resilience. People can use tweezers to slightly bend the metal spring plate to enhance its resilience. If it is bent and the oven is still baking, people should replace it with a new metal spring plate.
