What is an electric heating cable control system?

The electric heating cable control system consists of the heating cable, power junction box, two-way (three-way) junction box, terminal junction box, thermostat, and distribution box. During operation, the power increases with the current, allowing the heating cable to reach the desired temperature point during operation without being affected by external factors.

Control System Features and Applications:

1. The intelligent heating cable control system integrates multiple control methods, such as PLC programming and intelligent frequency conversion control. It is widely applicable to high-power loads, large load fluctuations, and applications requiring high temperature control precision.

2. PID control is often used in applications requiring high control precision.

3. The thyristor control system features manual and automatic control functions to adjust the output voltage and achieve temperature control for resistive loads on heating elements. It is used in electronic devices with controlled rectifiers.

The electric heating cable is wrapped around or laid directly behind the pipeline and, after installation with accessories, forms the complete heating system. After the installation, the power is applied to the heating cable, which heats the pipeline medium, compensating for heat loss and maintaining the required temperature of the air conditioning water pipe.
