What is the main factor determining the stable performance of wear-resistant thermocouples

Wear resistant thermocouples have the highest measurement accuracy and excellent economic performance among all measuring devices in measuring sensors. Therefore, wear-resistant thermocouples have become the most widely used type of temperature measuring components. Wear resistant thermocouples can directly measure temperature by converting the temperature measurement signal into a thermoelectric potential signal, which is then converted into the desired temperature through electrical instruments. The appearance of wear-resistant thermocouples can be adjusted according to different customer needs, but their basic internal structure will not change. They are basically composed of insulated protective tubes, thermoelectric electrodes, and junction boxes, but they need to be used in conjunction with recording instruments, display instruments, and electronic regulators.

The stable performance of wear-resistant thermocouples mainly depends on the atmosphere and temperature. The same sensor may vary in diameter due to changes in temperature used, so the stability performance may also differ. When choosing a wear-resistant thermocouple, the first consideration should be the conditions of use and the anti vibration performance. If it is an assembled thermocouple, the impact on the atmosphere is mainly due to the material of the protective tube and the main structure of the thermocouple. Therefore, it is necessary for us to be familiar with the material and chemical properties of the protective tube.01
