Generally speaking, there are several main problems with sealing machine failures.
1. The cup mouth cannot be sealed tightly
Turn off the power supply and wipe the inner pressing plate of the upper membrane clean after it returns to normal temperature. This situation can be prevented by doing a good job of cleaning the sealing machine at the end of each day.
Adjust the adhesive film to make it smooth and stretchy.
Wipe the rim of the cup clean or replace it with one cup before sealing.
2. Too high or too low a sealing machine temperature can lead to poor sealing, so what you need to do is adjust the sealing machine temperature.
3. The sealing adhesive film is not cut smoothly or continuously, and the blade can be cleaned or replaced
4. The machine makes noise during use, and you need to apply lubricating oil to the faulty part or send it for inspection.
5. The sealing machine does not stop rolling the film
Adjust the sensitivity of the electronic eye. The adjustment of machines from different manufacturers is different. Take the Water Fairy sealing machine as an example: put the transparent part of the film in the electronic eye slot, and then turn the concave adjusting screw next to the green light to the left until the red light is on, and then turn it to the right until the red light is off. After that, turn it five degrees.
Wipe the electronic eye with a cotton swab due to foreign matter at the electronic eye.
6. The sealing film is not in the electronic eye clip, just put it in the middle.
The above are only common problems with sealing machines, but in many cases we cannot quickly clean up faults. Therefore, if conditions permit, the store can be equipped with two sealing machines in case of emergency. You can also prepare some cup lids that correspond to the cups to replace the sealing film in order to release the pressure during maintenance.
