Common faults and maintenance methods of fructose machines~

Fructose dispensers are one of the essential equipment in many beverage stores. Many businesses encounter a series of problems when using fructose dispensers. Let's take a look at the common faults and maintenance methods of fructose dispensers.
1. Unable to power on:
(1) The power supply is not connected. Check whether the power plug is firmly inserted and whether the power indicator light at the panel is on.
(2) Incorrect startup. Locate the power button on the control panel and press to turn it on.
(3) Circuit fault. Contact your dealer for service support.
2. Fructose free:
(1) Warming up. Wait until the warm-up is complete before using.
(2) The sugar output setting is too low. Press the continuous sugar production button. If sugar production can be normal, please increase the set sugar production amount.
(3) The pipe or sugar outlet is blocked. Press the continuous sugar delivery button, and if you hear the sound of the internal motor rotating, it may be that the internal sugar delivery nozzle is clogging the pipe or the sugar delivery nozzle is clogged, and you need to use warm water to clean and unblock it.
3. Inaccurate sugar production:
(1) Fructose has bubbles. Leave the fructose machine standing until all the bubbles in the fructose have been exhausted before using it.
(2) Fructose temperature varies with different varieties of fructose. Due to different fructoses, different temperatures, slightly different densities, and slightly different sugar yields, this is a normal phenomenon. Please use the same fructose for measurement at the same temperature.
(3) Measuring instruments or methods are not scientific. Please use measuring equipment with small errors and scientific measurement procedures.
(4) Incorrect sugar setting. Calibrate with reference to the sugar production calibration method described in the manual.

4. Dropping sugar:
Install the sugar outlet upside down. Unscrew the sugar outlet nozzle and see if it is installed upside down. If it is installed upside down, reinstall it.
5. Sugar shortage alarm:
(1) No fructose or less. Supplement fructose without passing the sugar deficiency sensor (fructose depth not less than 3cm).
(2) Fructose cannot be sensed. The fructose cannot be sensed by the sensor, so the sugar shortage reminder function needs to be turned off
