What to do if the preset temperature cannot be reached after installing a single end electric heating pipe

When installing a single ended electric heating tube for injection molding machines that are similar to low-power ones, some machines always experience a slight temperature difference. When the power is changed to a higher level, it still remains the same. Sometimes it's confusing, and most of the reasons are not due to low power installation. This is caused by the PID calculation method output by the temperature controller in the original machine, which has a short start signal and the single end electric heating tube has not yet had time to work, and it broke again.
So most of the time, the electromagnetic heater handles the stopped state without heating. At this point, we can adjust the disconnection delay working time in the machine to meet the temperature requirements. For detailed methods, please refer to the manual (F-03 function). Generally, adjust it to 8-15S. The default is 0S, please note that it cannot be adjusted too much. Otherwise, it may overheat!!!
When the granulator is similar to a high-power one, the temperature cannot be reached after installing a single end electric heating tube. The single ended electric heating tube has been working continuously and the current is normal, but the temperature cannot rise. The general situation is that the power is not high enough. It can be achieved by increasing the actual power. If it is determined that the actual power is not low, it is caused by the material of the barrel, and different materials absorb different heat at different operating frequencies. We should try to increase the resonant capacitor capacity, increase the Q value, and increase the high-frequency current of the coil. It is possible to increase the temperature of the barrel by equalizing the temperature inside and outside the barrel. If conditions permit, you can try replacing the barrel.
