Why can't the rapid temperature change test chamber be cooled down?

When the rapid temperature change test chamber fails to cool down, it may be caused by many reasons such as equipment hardware, control system, environmental factors, etc. The following are possible reasons and troubleshooting directions:
1. Refrigeration system failure
1. Insufficient or leaking refrigerant
Cause: Freon (refrigerant) leaks in the refrigeration system, resulting in insufficient refrigeration capacity and ineffective cooling.
Troubleshooting: Observe the pressure value when the compressor is running (the low pressure gauge reading is low), and check whether there is oil stain on the pipe interface and welding (common signs of leakage).
Example: If there is oil stain on the condenser pipe, it may be that the welding point has long-term vibration and caused a slight leak. Professionals are required to repair the leak and refill the refrigerant.
2. Compressor failure
Cause: The compressor is stuck in the cylinder, the motor is burned, or the internal parts are worn, and the refrigerant cannot be compressed normally.
Troubleshooting: Listen to the sound of the compressor running (whether there is abnormal noise or it does not start), and measure whether the motor winding resistance value is normal.
Extension: Compressor overload may be caused by poor heat dissipation, and it is necessary to check whether the cooling fan is running.
3. Condenser or evaporator is blocked
Reason: Dust accumulation on the condenser, poor heat dissipation, or frost/ice on the evaporator, affecting heat exchange efficiency.
Troubleshooting: Check whether there is a lot of dust on the condenser surface (you can use a multimeter to measure the fan current to determine whether it is operating normally) and whether the evaporator is covered with frost.
Case: The test chamber has not been cleaned for a long time, and dust has accumulated on the condenser fins, resulting in a drop in heat dissipation efficiency of more than 50%, and a significant reduction in the cooling effect
