Working process of tubular heater
Leave a message
A tubular heater is a device that converts electrical energy into thermal energy to heat materials that need to be heated.
1. Working principle
A tubular heater is a device that converts electrical energy into thermal energy and is used to heat materials that need to be heated. Low temperature fluid medium enters its input port through a pipeline under pressure, along a specific heat exchange channel inside the electric heating container, taking away the high-temperature thermal energy generated during the operation of the electric heating element, causing the temperature of the heated medium to rise, and the outlet of the electric heater obtains the high-temperature medium required by the process.
2. Control system
The internal control system of the electric heater automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater based on the temperature sensor signal at the output port, ensuring that the medium temperature at the output port is uniform. When the heating element exceeds the temperature limit, the independent overheating protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power supply to avoid overheating of the heating material causing coking, deterioration, and carbonization. In severe cases, it can cause the heating element to burn out, effectively extending the service life of the electric heater.
3. Temperature control
According to the installation form, it can be divided into two types: horizontal fluid electric heaters and vertical fluid electric heaters. The heated medium is input by the pump body pressure, and during the flow process, it absorbs heat energy to the temperature required by the user's process and sends it to the user's end. The process requirements of users change, and with the help of internal sensors and various protective devices, once the medium temperature exceeds the set temperature range of the equipment, the temperature control system will respond, stop heating operation, and prompt a fault alarm to avoid damage to the heating equipment.
4. Safety measures
When installing, first open the cover of the heater junction box, and pay attention to protecting the explosion-proof joint surface during handling to prevent collision or knocking. Remove the compression nut, washer, and sealing ring from the incoming device, and then place them one by one on the cable in the order of compression nut washer sealing ring washer. Adjust the length of the incoming line and tighten the compression nut. After connecting the wires according to the wiring diagram on the inner wall of the heater junction box cover, carefully check if the wiring is correct. After it is correct, press the junction box cover tightly with bolts.
